It is time to begin reviews for the Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP)
October 15 – December 7
Each year it is important to review any changes in your health / prescription profile. I will use your health and prescriptions to review how your current plan and any new plans will cover your needs to ensure you have the information you need to choose the best plan for you in 2021.
Please email me:
Prescriptions: Any changes including dose, how frequently you refill, new medications, and/or medications you no longer take or anticipate not taking in 2021.
Doctors: Are you using all the same doctors? Are there any specialists I should add or delete from your list?
Medical Procedures: Do you have any scheduled or anticipated medical procedures on your 2021 calendar? New therapies? New injections?
Physical Therapy: Will you or might you need PT in 2021?
Non-Medical: Are you anticipating needing dental work beyond your six-month check ups? Hearing Aids? Eyeglasses? While these services are not covered by traditional Medicare, some Medicare Advantage Plans can assist in paying for a portion of these services.
If you have no changes, please email me back “No medical changes.”
Once the 2021 plan details are released and I have your medical updates, I will research your options. Medicare permits us to share plan details October 1st ; however, some plans release details closer to October 15th. My goal is to have as much research done before October 25th to give you time to consider if your current plan is working for you or if reviewing options makes sense.

You and I will schedule a time that works for you to review options between October 25th and November 25th.
